Ellie Mental Health is growing in Clarksville, TN, and we’re looking for passionate Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team.

🛋️ What Your Role Looks Like
You’ll have the opportunity to focus on the work you trained to do:
- Evaluate mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide quality, client-centered therapy
- Complete assessments, case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other documentation
- Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time positions
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
- Coordinate care with families, case managers, schools, medical professionals, and other providers
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training
🔎 Who Are We Looking For?
You’ll need:
- A master's degree in behavioral health or a related field
- Tennessee licensure preferred, including LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience with treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health records
- Valant experience is a plus
Experience with children, teens, adults, couples, families, trauma, substance use, or schools is welcome.
Knowledge of community resources, insurance billing, and mental health services is also a plus.
And a sense of humor? Definitely encouraged.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
