Ellie Mental Health is expanding in Tennessee, and we’re looking for an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider and Approved Supervisor designations (LPC-MHSP-S) to join our team in Middle Tennessee.

About the Position
This role combines direct clinical care with clinical supervision. In addition to providing therapy to clients, you’ll support pre-licensed counselors as they work toward independent licensure.
The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician and supervisor who enjoys collaboration, values professional development, and is comfortable working in a flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing outpatient therapy
- Complete intakes, case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other required documentation
- Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed counselors pursuing full licensure
- Help supervisees develop their clinical skills and professional judgment
- Use creative, individualized interventions to help clients work toward their goals
- Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee-related hours
- Coordinate care with case managers, family members, medical professionals, and other members of the client's support team as appropriate
- Deliver a high level of customer service and contribute to a positive client experience
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team activities
- Support additional clinic needs and responsibilities as they arise
Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- A master's degree in behavioral science or a related field
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Current LPC-MHSP-S licensure in Tennessee
- Required supervisor training and experience providing clinical supervision
- Experience completing clinical intakes, treatment plans, and case notes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record systems
- Valant experience is a plus
- Ideally, credentialing with insurance panels

Compensation: $76,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
